McCausland Avenue has long been known as the southern half of the western boundary of St. Louis. It’s a little too narrow to be a good four-lane street, but it’s too wide to be a two-lane street. Traffic moves along here at a breakneck speed, making it not the most pleasant street to walk along. But there are some nice houses and apartment buildings along it. Technically the boundary is a couple hundred feet to the west of McCausland; watch for the change in pavement.
