This cool old church was once a Lutheran church, as far as I could figure out, but I was not able come up with its original name.
It’s typical of early Twentieth Century Gothic Revival–showing more influence of the English Gothic, as opposed to the French or German influence in the Nineteenth.
But what I really enjoyed about this church is how well they matched the brick color of the Modernist addition, presumably for Sunday School classrooms or a small parochial school. If you know the original name of this church, please let me know!
